FLOOR PLAN + DESIGN - PER ROOM

Floor Plan and Furnish is a package for those who want their home to be perfectly designed to suit you and/or your family's needs. We will go over the layout/ flow of the space and by the end of this project, we will ensure the layout and personalized curated furnishings represent you, your style, and how you use the space.

This package delivers so many great benefits from our "Full - Service Design" Process, the main difference is we hand the design and styling to you after we have purchased those foundation pieces. You will add your personal flair at your own pace. At any point you want us to finish it off we are more than happy to add the finishing touches.

*Prices are per space. Bundle three or more spaces for a custom “package” priced based on the scope of work.

What to Expect from our “Floor Plan and Furnish” Design Package

Design Plan Phase:

• Discovery call

• Review style guide and get measurements

• A+S Design Team organizes and sets up a “Trade Day” - if applicable

• Detailed Design Plan including Floor Plan(s), color story, furnishing samples, and any recommendation the Design Team has for your space

• Create a “Mood Board” to help with the decor for you to use to complete the space

Once the Design Plan is Approved- Procurement Phase:

• Product Approval- you will have access to your portal at all times to look at all products to flag/approve.

• Furnishing Payment after approval, our team will handle ordering and managing products on your behalf

• With your portal access, we will be in continuous communication

• Organized Logistics Tracking

• Schedule Install Day

Process:

1.  We highly suggest scheduling a “Discovery Call” with us before purchasing this package. In the “Discovery Call” we will go over the spaces we are servicing and you’ll also get access to a style guide. In the "Initial Consultation," we will come to your home for an initial walkthrough of your space, take measurements, and have a Design Session. Together we will discuss your vision. If you decide to move forward we will collect 100% of the design fee(s) to begin.

2.  The Acacia + Spruce team will set up a trade day (if necessary). Once we have reviewed our furnishing/ overall style guide the team will begin to build your comprehensive Design Plan. You will be given access to a personalized Virtual Design Studio that you can use to follow along. In the studio, you will be able to review, approve, and/or flag individual products. The Design Plan will be completed with a project estimate and projected lead time on furnishings and materials.

3.  After about 4- 6 weeks we will present you a Design Concept displaying suitable floor plans we recommend for your space(s). After we finalize the floor plan, we move to Design Plan where we present our full vision for your space for approval.

4.  After the Design Plan has been signed and approved; the A+S team will finalize all selections and collect payment for all products and materials so that we can begin. The team will manage and order all products, materials, furnishings, and finishes for the project on your behalf throughout the entire project.

5.  Once the majority of your items have arrived at our warehouse, we will begin to schedule for install! The A+S Team will begin preparations for Install Day and provide you with an install date to place all of your pieces in your home. From here you can style and accessorize the space to completion for that final step in creating your dream home!
